Infrared Thermal Imaging
We offer FLIR-certified technicians who are also NFPA70E Electrical Arc Flash Safety trained to complete live inspections (where applicable) to minimize or eliminate your facility downtime during an Infrared Thermal inspection.
IR / Thermal imaging is an excellent preventive maintenance tool to inspect valuable assets to maintain uptime operations and eliminate costly downtime resulting from a power outage or electrical failure. Infrared testing can be completed on all types of assets to include utility services, meter sockets, disconnects, transformers, buss banks, motors and other assets. Analysis of each anomaly allows a client to prioritize what repairs are needed, saving a company thousands of dollars per incident.
Pole Inspection Services
Regular light pole maintenance and inspection are extremely important to maintain safety, longevity and aesthetics.
Our ultrasound scanning tools allow our NACE-certified technicians to scan steel and aluminum pole infrastructure to identify structural deficiencies resulting from outdoor weather conditions that create rust, corrosion and age-related pole failures.
Ultrasound technology allows you to inspect hundreds of components per day, and assign the level of severity for each problem.
Catastrophic light pole failures create high-liability issues for landlords & commercial property owners when poles fall due to failed infrastructure created by wind-loading and weather conditions.
Ultrasound scanning with reporting allows you to identify which infrastructure components are critical, requiring immediate attention and identifying infrastructure that is adequate to remain. This saves costs of replacing infrastructure that has remaining useful life, while replacing failing infrastructure to reduce or eliminate liability, property damage, and loss of life by a falling pole.
